2. Nature of Consulting Services

Unlike physical products, consulting services require immediate allocation of professional resources, including consultants, analysts, technical specialists, and project managers.
Once resources are allocated and work begins, costs are incurred that may not be recoverable.
3. General Refund Policy

If a Client has concerns regarding services received, the Client should contact Raven Crest promptly so the Company can review the situation and attempt to resolve the issue.
Refunds are not automatically granted.

contractual obligations;
reason for the request.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing, consulting services become non-refundable once work has started.

5. Refund Eligibility

5.1 Duplicate Payments
If a Client accidentally submits duplicate payment for the same invoice or service, Raven Crest may issue a refund for the duplicate amount after verification.

5.2 Services Not Yet Started
A Client may request a refund if:
no consulting work has started;
no resources have been assigned;
no meetings have occurred;

5.3 Company Unable to Provide Services

For milestone-based projects:
completed milestones are non-refundable;

9. Client Delays and Project Interruptions

10. Changes to Project Requirements
AI and technology projects may evolve as business needs change.
Requests that modify the original project scope may require:

Refunds will not be issued because a Client changes:

internal priorities.
11. Third-Party Services
Raven Crest may work with or recommend third-party technology platforms.

external technology services.
Third-party costs are separate from Raven Crest consulting fees and may be non-refundable.
Raven Crest is not responsible for third-party pricing changes, outages, limitations, or service interruptions.
12. No Guarantee of Business Results
Raven Crest provides professional IT consulting services based on industry practices and available information.
However, the Company does not guarantee specific results, including:
increased revenue;
reduced costs;
improved customer satisfaction;
business growth;
operational savings;
guaranteed AI performance.
Results depend on many factors outside Raven Crest's control.
13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact Raven Crest before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal.
The Company reserves the right to provide supporting documentation, including:
agreements;
invoices;
proposals;
communications;
project documentation;
completed deliverables.
Unjustified chargebacks may result in:
suspension of services;
termination of agreements;
